Please contact the Management Office prior to any space alterations as they require Landlord’s approval.

Once a request is received, someone from the Management Office will contact you to review your alteration request. We will explain the necessary drawings required for the project and the costs that will be incurred to prepare plans and perform the work.

All work will be done according to the applicable codes of Law. All contractors and subcontractors must adhere to all policies outlined by the Management Office.
