Following are standard services, provided to most Tenants at no additional cost:

  • Daily janitorial service - For a complete set of clean specifications please see the Janitorial Services section.
  • Heating and Air-Conditioning Service - Monday through Friday, business hours per lease. After hours upon request.
  • Replacing overhead fluorescent lighting and other light bulbs
  • Checking electrical problems
  • Resolving bathroom problems
  • Replacing damaged ceiling tiles
  • Washing exterior windows twice per year (Spring and Fall)

Following are non-standard services, provided at additional cost:

  • Changing of suite sign or directory strip
  • Additional suite keys and card access keys
  • Specialty cleaning of office area
  • Replacing specialty lighting
  • Replacing locksets and/or re-keying of suite doors
  • Installing additional electrical outlets and/or dedicated line
  • Repairing private plumbing and appliances
  • Office painting and carpet cleaning
  • After hours and weekend heating and/or air-conditioning
  • Access to building or suite when building is closed
