Each Canopy building has a state-of-the-art heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The entire system is controlled by a sophisticated computerized energy management system. This computerized system has been designed to ensure optimal tenant comfort and building operating efficiency.

In the event you find your working environment uncomfortable for any reason, please complete an Online Service Request Form or call the Management Office at 801-932-6120.

HVAC service is provided on business days, Monday through Friday per lease. To request after-hours HVAC, please use the Electronic Tenant® Service Request Form by 12:00 p.m. on the day of requested service or on Friday for weekend hours. Please complete an Electronic Tenant® Service Request Form and make sure to detail the dates and times of the additional service. The cost of the additional service will be billed to your company at the end of the month and is due upon receipt. Unless otherwise set-forth in your lease, the current rate for after-hours HVAC is $35/ hour per pod or floor requested. This charge reimburses the building for the cost of operating the HVAC system and is subject to change.

Additional HVAC Hours:

• Monday through Thursday:  Requests must be submitted by at latest 12:00 p.m.
  
• Friday and Weekends:  Requests must be submitted by Friday at latest noon.
  
• Federal Holidays:  Requests must be submitted by noon the prior business day.
